During Covid-19, Within Wellness and our office space provider, Carolina Coworking, will be undertaking additional cleaning and disinfection protocols in accordance with CDC and AMTA guidelines and state executive orders. We ask for your understanding and help as we work to keep you, our clients, our workspace neighbors and our families safe, especially those at the highest risk.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Clients of all businesses within Carolina Coworking will be asked to check in at the front door upon arrival.
To Check In:
- Go to CarolinaCoworking.com and click the Visit Someone button
- Type in ALLEN, then click my name when it comes up.
- Enter your name and phone number. This will send me a text that you’re at the door for me to come let you in.
All visitors to Carolina Coworking, including Within Wellness clients, are required to wear a mask in indoor common areas, including the elevator and hallways. In our office, masks are recommended but not required.
I will wear a mask at all times and wear gloves during our appointment. I will also check my temperature daily and will cancel sessions if my temperature is above 100.4 degrees or I have any other symptoms.
If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees or you have other Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms, please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule your session. We will continue to waive the 24-hour cancellation fee during this time. (We are NOT waiving fees for no-shows, so again, just communicate with us and we’ll work with you.)
We also ask that all clients have followed social distancing and proper hygiene practices in the two weeks leading up to your session. Even if you and I are not in a high-risk population, we have clients who are, so we’re acting in an abundance of caution for them. Thank you for your help with this!
Within Wellness Office Cleaning Procedures and Policies:
- Linens changed between sessions and laundered with EPA-approved and massage-specific disinfecting detergent
- Table, face cradle, doorknobs, lotion/oil containers, tools and other surfaces disinfected with EPA-approved disinfectant
- In order to give our disinfectant enough dwell time to do its job, appointments will be spaced a minimum of 15 minutes apart.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided
- I will wash my hands before and after every session
Carolina Coworking Cleaning Procedures and Policies:
Carolina Coworking has also instituted thorough cleaning practices and procedures relevant to your visit.
- Appropriate social distancing restrictions
- Enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols:
- Providing disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer
- Water fountains blocked off
- Sanitize flat surfaces every night
- Face coverings required for all members and visitors
- Amenity Updates:
- Discontinuing community coffee airpots
- Installing a Keurig and supplies
- Continuing canned soft drinks, tea, bottled water and disposable cups
